3. When did you graduate from the KaosPilots?

4. Why did you choose the KaosPilots as part of your education?
At the age of 20 I was leading a team of 5 people - of course I had many questions and few answers. When I heard about the KaosPilots I realized that I would learn exactly what I was asking myself and not just some theories, which I would not really be able to translate into my every day life. Also, I could identify very much with the values and the spirit of the KaosPilots - so I decided not to study communication in the Ticino but to go up north to become a kaospilot.

5. What were the most valuable things you learnt or received at the KaosPilots?
Unconditional enthusiasm when bringing up an idea
Finding out where my deepest interest lies
A lot of feedback and a safe playground
The feeling that I a not alone with my belief that life can be lived  differently, projects and work in general can be organized life-affirming... there IS this way
The belief or confirmation that there is something very unique everyone can contribute with and it‘s one of the most wonderful and valuable gifts to the world if this uniqueness is shared - sometimes it needs time to unfold it or even to re-unfold it, but it‘s there.
The question: are you living YOUR life?
„Happy go lucky“

6. Do you feel happy and successful today?

1. What do you currently do?
At the moment I’m doing an internship at a collective office workspace, full of start-up-companies and freelancers in Amsterdam. This in order to carry out my theoretical knowledge from the KP about systemic process consulting into the business world to experience how it resonates and learn about it while doing it.

2. Where do you come from and where do you live today?
I‘m born and raised in Biel, Switzerland and live in Aarhus, Denmark today.

3. When will you graduate from the KaosPilots?
I‘ll graduate in summer 2013

4. Why did you choose the KaosPilots as part of your education?
To me it looked like an inspiring journey going through a 3 years business education with highly creative people.
After 10 years of work experience in more or less very raditional cooperate companies, it seemed like there was something missing and I was curious to learn how it could be done differently.
With the KaosPilots I found a school with an exemplary mindset and where they are able to teach me the stuff which spices up the daily business with ingredients like playfulness, creativity, compassion and as well a good way of communicating and cooperating.
Additionally I like the practical approach „learning by doing“ and also doing it abroad.
As well it was always one of my dreams to study in Scandinavia as I have some Viking blood myself.

5. What were the most valuable things you learnt or received at the KaosPilots?
I‘m glad to be part of an exclusive network full of fantastic people with a lot of passion and beautiful minds!

6. Do you feel happy and successful today?
Right now I‘m happy, relaxed and proud of my self just given my first workshop, which already has shown his first positive effects towards a closer collaboration. Facilitating this workshop involved to find a client, travel abroad, entering and adapting into a new system, interviewing, analyzing and observing people, preparing a full day workshop while hunting for different couches to sleep at night and all this within a short period of a month. This was quiet challenging but good fun and I met a lot of new amazing people.  Now I‘m looking forwards to report what happened and reflect on it to gain even more learnings.

4. Why did you choose the KaosPilots as your part of your education?
I have chosen the KaosPilots because of the creative, social and action oriented spirit of the education.
The first time I touched Danish ground I felt I had come home. When entering the building of the KaosPilots,
I was intrigued by the beauty, warmth and creativity the place was emanating.
The reason for coming there the first time was that I was looking for a different way of creating more sustainable and alive work environments.

5. What were the most valuable things you learnt or received at the KaosPilots?
I learned to open my heart and mind and walk a very different path of what I had ever imagined before. I learnt to question my own and others assumptions of how things are or „have to be“.
I learnt to open up new gateways for myself and others. I learned to work together with and appreciate people with very different backgrounds and views on life and work.

6. Do you feel happy and successful today?
I feel that I am living a very rich and stimulating life, full of adventure, challenge and victory.
This is especially true for the teaching, guiding and ceremonial part of my activities. I am still looking for ways to make this work also financially more viable.
