Matti is the founder of changels and helicopter pilot. He studied leadership and organization development with the KaosPilots in Denmark and speaks German, English, French, Danish, Swedish and Finnish.

When accompanying clients through decision processes Ursula swiftly locates relevant and fresh fields for action. As mentor and coach she is a good listener, a versatile and empathic thinker who quickly gets matters to the point.

Martina Straub acts as the Executive Director of changels, as "interim manager on loan" for external enterprises and as coach. She is trained in communication, marketing and customer service management. She speaks German, English, French, Spanish and Durch.

At changels, Bettina Büchler is a project leader, but also responsible for public relations, fundraising, evaluation and facilitation. In her other life she is finishing her PhD in social geography on lesbian immigrants to Switzerland.

Helen is a refreshing ping pong partner in decision processes. With her understanding of businesses as living organisms she inspires leading teams as coach and speaker. Helen studied international management and psychology in Denmark.
