Matti is the founder of changels and helicopter pilot. He studied leadership and organization development with the KaosPilots in Denmark and speaks German, English, French , Danish, Swedish and Finnish.

When accompanying clients through decision processes Ursula swiftly locates relevant and fresh fields for action. As mentor and coach she is a good listener, a versatile and empathic thinker who quickly gets matters to the point.

Martina Straub acts as "interim manager on loan" for external enterprises, as coach and is in charge of everything financial at changels.

At changels, Bettina Büchler in charge of things to do with graphics, the World Wide Web, and public relations. In her other life she works on a PhD in social geography on lesbian immigrants in Switzerland.

Helen is a refreshing ping pong partner in decision processes. With her understanding of businesses as living organisms she inspires leading teams as coach and speaker. Helen studied international management and psychology in Denmark.
