The motto of the new changels leadership training is: Lead euccessfully and inspiringly!

Are you a committed, dutiful leader (or leading talent) but slightly discontent about the course your projects and enterprises are taking, or not quite happy about your work-life balance?

To change realities asks for careful, appropriate, effective and creative leadership – in private as much as in professional life. This is what you learn in the changels leadership training. Part-time, in 5 modules, distributed over one year.

Over the last 12 years we have trained more than 5000 people in leadership and communcation in Switzerland and worldwide. This new training is the essence of our experience.
