General Terms and Conditions rental changels workshop room

1. Reservation

The reservation is made in written, by e-mail or post. The reservation becomes effective as soon as the renter has received a confirmation by changels Ltd.; if possible this happens on the same day, at the latest within three working days. changels Ltd. will put your reservation on the online calendar.

2. Prices and Services

Half-day: SFr. 170.- / 100.- (network partners)
Entire day: SFr. 300.- / 150.- (network partners)
The workshop room cannot be booked by hour.

This price includes:

Room booking (130m2)
Flip chart, flip chart paper and 10 flip chart markers
3 Pinboards (without paper)
1 Maxi pin board (3.5m long)
Overhead projector
2 Internet connections
4 Yoga mats
Tables: 6 trapezoidal group working tables which can be put together two three hexagonal tables
30 Chairs (or less)
The basic configuration is a circle of chairs in front of a flip chart

Additional services (half-day/entire day) – also bookable online:

Beamer and Screen
(CHF 60/100)
Flat rate for drinks (coffee, tea, water)
(CHF 5/10 per person)
Flat rate for drinks and snacks (e.g. gipfeli, fruit, chocolate – upon request)
(CHF 6.50/13 per person)
Flat rate for additional facilitation material (pinboard paper, markers, cards etc.)
(CHF 30/50)

When you use the workshop room for the first time you will get a brief introduction.

3. Cancellation

Until three weeks before the event the cancellation can be made without consequences. Between three and two weeks before the event half the rent is due, after this the entire rent is due.

4. Caveat

changels GmbH can decline bookings without naming a reason, e.g. if the planned event is not compatible with the ethical princliples of changels Ltd.
